About Me
Farrel Greenspan is a Registered Psychologist in Edmonton with over 15 years of counselling experience specializing in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. He combines extensive clinical expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach, helping individuals explore how their thoughts and behaviors shape daily life and guide them toward meaningful, lasting change.
Farrel earned his master’s degree in counselling psychology from City University and holds two bachelor’s degrees in psychology and organizational studies, with a specialization in Human Resources. Early in his career, he conducted research at the University of Alberta, designing and testing the first treatment center for children who have experienced sexual abuse.
He has extensive experience providing individual assessment and therapy, as well as helping clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and addiction. He has also led group therapy programs focused on PTSD and ADHD. Farrel integrates evidence-based strategies with a collaborative, client-focused philosophy, tailoring each session to his clients’ unique goals, strengths, and needs. His approach empowers individuals to develop coping strategies, build insight, and achieve long-term personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.
